In reference to the project captioned above, I.H. Consultants, Inc. (as consultant for WPG Residential, Inc, the managing firm) oversaw and directed mold abatement activities undertaken by Pinnacle Environmental Corp (Pinnacle).
Plumbing failure had led to considerable flooding in several apartments, which in turn was responsible for mold growth in these apartments. Pinnacle was charged with removing mold-contaminated and water-damaged materials in these apartments and other public areas affected by the flood on several floors. Mold abatement work was to take place on occupied floors, thereby requiring no fault pneumatic isolation of work areas from the rest of the apartment or any given floor. In addition, Pinnacle was responsible for decontaminating, relocating and safeguarding personal belongings of occupants, which included household articles and rather expensive artwork.
It is my pleasure to report that this project was successfully completed with minimal disturbance to building occupants and without compromising project goals. This would not have been possible
without our field staff’s cooperation. I found them to be well trained.

The Moody’s Investors Service building is fully occupied following the 9/11/01 attack on the World Trade Center. From thinking over the events of the last 4 months I can’t think of any contractor we had dealings with that was as important, responsive and instrumental as you the Pinnacle team.
At a time of great doubt and confusion 99 Church Street with the assistance of Pinnacle was the first building in the area to be actively cleaning and restoring a property. Area access, manpower and equipment deliveries were handled without a hitch. If there were any, I wasn’t aware of them! Your supervisors are to be commended, always accessible and responsive. This as well as the clean up you performed got us off to the start we needed to be able to start occupancy of the first Moody’s employees on Monday, October.
