President's Message
In the interest of our members, the Association continues its active partnership with the Subcontractors Trade Association, Building Trades Employers Association, Finishing Contractors Association and the Finishing Trades Institute to provide valuable resources for members which will directly benefit their businesses.
Our greatest strength lies in the talent, knowledge and experience of our many members. We can only tap into this strength through the active participation of our members. We encourage our members to raise industry issues at our Association meetings.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to thank all of our dedicated members who have taken the time and made the effort to participate in our ongoing endeavors to advance our industry and encourage all members to participate in the future. I strongly believe that we have the tools to succeed in the years ahead.
Sincerely,
Jerry Haber

 Executive Director's Message
We look forward to continuing our support of the greater New York construction industry and identifying new opportunities for our members.
The Association exists to be the advocate for all of its members in the union construction industry. We facilitate the relationship with the union, we are trustees to the funds, and represent our members in all collective bargaining matters.
Keeping up with the ever changing industry is our goal. Recently, the Association and Local 1087 agreed to purchase a glass manipulator for the DC#9 training center. All apprentices will be certified to use this equipment by the end of June this year. Our intention is to give the members the necessary tools and trained employees to compete in this market.
The Association is here for you. Please let us know how we can support your business.
Sincerely,
Jed Coldon
Executive Director
