Installation of a building management system from the Cellar thru the 54th floor of the South Tower of the Time Warner Center. This installation included all equipment, control wiring for heating and air conditioning system and performing testing.

IAC Cargo Buildings

E-J provided site development for the International Airport Center Cargo Buildings including underground distribution of power and telephone duct banks. Four warehouse buildings approximately 120,000 square feet were built out, each including electrical service/power distribution to HVAC, elevators, fire alarm system and interior/exterior open warehouse and office lighting/power.
