Timely completion, planning and coordination of high visibility project involving phased new construction, and rehabilitation of existing facilities in order to minimize disruption of Museum's operation. The project included installation of special lighting to properly illuminate art exhibitions.

Complete electrical office renovation totaling over $6 Million. Project included thirteen floors of office space, conference rooms, kitchen and cafeteria. Work performed included all lighting and programmable lighting control, convenience power and distribution, a new 2500A service switch for rooftop chillers, fire alarm system extension, security systems including access control, alarm, and CCTV and audio/visual installations.

Office building/Landmark building consisting of 102 stories. Service landlord & tenants and for lighting and power as well as engineering and designing construction jobs. Maintain lighting, power, radio station, telephones, data, A/C. Handle tenant needs and new showrooms.

Various buildings in Rockefeller Center installing fire alarm systems throughout several buildings and furnishing and installing service and distribution equipment.

Renovation of retail store including lighting, power, fire alarm, service work and security wiring.

22 buildings of commercial tenant space. Various work consisted of maintenance and power, fire alarm and LL#16 (exit & emergency lighting).

A 300,000 sq. foot, campus style, office complex where E-J managed the Voice and Data Communications Plant. This project was Siemon certified with a 15 year warranty. The project consisted of 300 pair copper riser and interbuilding ties for voice applications and fiber optic multimode and Category 5 cable for network interbuilding and data center applications. This fast track project was delivered on time and below budget.

Fast track interior renovation for eight floor prestigious law firm. Work included fire alarm, dimming and lighting systems.

23 floors of commercial tenant space. Our maintenance consisting of tenant build-out and installation of lighting, power and A/C power.

Office building consisting of fifty floors, 1.4 million sq. feet where E-J handled the electrical construction for fifty-four tenants. Also included was the maintenance of switchboard room, motors, controllers and all associated apparatus, lighting, ballasts, motion sensors, switches, A/C units and any electrical problems.

Office building consisting of sixteen floors. Our work consisted of installing all lighting, power, panels, feeders and control wiring for HVAC for two complete floors.

Five-Star Hotel where ongoing work included the upgrading of electrical risers, panel retrofit upgrade and apartment renovations.

All exposed specialty lighting, multitude of power consisting of separate circuits, isolated grounds and new HVAC of this Architectural Firm. Upon completion E-J maintains the entire facility, designed and installed complete electrical layout including service work, distribution, normal and emergency generator power, and power requirements. Other work included installation of power, lighting, A/C work and communications.

Our work consisted of general lighting, power and communication.

Office space where we provided building management with maintenance, design support and construction projects and maintained a strong relationship with the tenants. Some major projects within the building were a new 700 ton chiller installation, Arc Communication Riser (all floors) and Loreal full floor renovation and a full building exterior illumination.

E-J’s work consisted of lighting, feeders and fire alarm installation.
